Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2016!

How crazy is it that 2015 is over?? Time seems to be moving quickly as of late, and for that I am grateful.  Let's get through this pregnancy! But on the other end of things I wish time would stop and Cora would stay small forever. Anywayyys.

For Christmas my sister Maddy and her newish husband Talon came to stay with us.  Although we didnt take like any pictures the entire time they were here, I promise they were!  We lucked out though because they were just here for Thanksgiving!  Most days we just kind hung out.  It was hard because when we had booked the flights and made all the plans I wasn't pregnant yet (aka sick all the time) on top of that two days before Christmas I got the flu so I'm sure they had tons of fun... Christmas Eve we went to the Linton Christmas party. All of the Lintons were there except for one brother and his family who also was sick with the flu, but even without them there was still 31 people!

Christmas day we opened gifts, Chuck really spoiled me and got me a macbook air! I'm so in love.  After gifts we made our traditional Brasga cinnamon rolls and drove up the Superstition Springs hieroglyphic trail.  Chuck and I went a few years ago but it was fun taking Maddy, Talon, and Cora.

The next morning Chuck headed to work and the rest of us headed to California! We spent the next few days hanging out with the rest of the family.  Both my brother and sister were in town from Rexburg.  My sisters boyfriend planned to surprise my sister by coming a day earlier that he told her, which was the same day that Chuck was flying in so it worked out perfectly.  We headed down to the Mormon Battalion in Old Town San Diego and he surprised her there.  It was pretty cute.  We spent the rest of the day in San Diego, it was so much fun!  And later that night we picked up Chuck from the airport.

The next day we drove down to Dana Point to spend New Years Eve in one of my mom's timeshares.  We walked down the beach and roasted hot dogs, played games, and partied hard.  Just kidding.  But we had a lot of fun!

Happy New Year!
New Years day we headed to Knott's Berry Farm! Again, when we made these plans as well I wasn't pregnant yet, so I was pretty bummed not being able to go on the rides, though the rides were crazy long.  Cora had a really bad cold too which wasn't fun either.  Afterwards we ate at our traditional dinner spot Mrs Knotts Chicken dinner restaurant.  So good! Saturday we went shopping and finally saw Star Wars!  Then we had one last giant family dinner before we left the next afternoon.  Love my family and can't wait to see everyone together again!
